We want our blogs to be a place for worthy distraction that traps your mind. A place to join, a place to be. Where we boomers expose life in it's infinite variety...giving thoughts and expertise on exercise, nutrition, medical alarms, caring for aging parents and ourselves, aging in place, technology, and some old fashion fun. We will disclose and remove the muck of life's most prominent shuck and jives by marketers, doctors, disease, and boredom.
