253.8 lbs...aerobic activity increasing, measurements shrinking.

Eric says I should give you my measurements change, not my weight.
Just for the record. My weight on 9/28/05 was 261 lbs. My day of testing at Occidental College I had already dropped to 257.2...not that I'm counting.

Eric Sternlicht, Ph.D. measuring Jeff Miller during testing at Occidental College

Measurements are shrinking.

Waist down to to 50"...I think Eric measured 51".

Chest down to 49"...I think Eric measured 50".

Hips down to 44"...I believe Eric measured 47".

We'll have to let Eric jump into the post and give us the starting measurements from our testing at Occidental College.

My aerobic activity on the spin bike is up to 34 minutes a day. I'm riding between an 88 and 95 cadence, about 2.5 miles at a time, and my fastest average speed is 15 mph.

I can start to feel my strength returning. Not that I'm competitive :-)
