Today I walked up and down a 12 foot high sand hill 12 times.
I'd put the pictures here, but, that will have to wait till tomorrow. Jim forgot the camera interface to the computer. Ah well. Two months ago, I couldn't walk across the beach to the sand hill. This modified regression diet with exercise is the magic pill. I can't wait for the results of my January 16th retest at Occidental College with Dr. Eric Sternlicht. | | |
