Dr. Eric Sternlicht will work with four new people plus myself to show how our program improves health and fitness...and makes you look marvelous :-)
The members are: - Leeann my yoga teacher and friend
- Chelsea my employee and friend
- Laurie my SEO and SEM contractor and friend
- A male student to be selected by Eric
- And me, Jeff Miller my friend :-)
We are going to blog about it here until our new software for the FOYP program is developed. By the way, the software is being designed by myself, and the architect will be Laurie's company netBaldwin. Everyone involved has similar goals in getting healthy and losing weight. I may be the only member who has disease markers (had disease markers)...but, through testing we'll all measure our biological functional ages at Occidental College in Los Angeles in January, and we'll all get blood work and medical histories done. This should be lots of fun...and more importantly, enlightening for all of us. | | |
