Yes, I can. With all the work and attention you've put in the past three months, yes.
Glad you plan to do a little weights. I assume you know the proper form and movement execution. If not, let's talk before you do some and I can go over some easy to follow biomechanics.
I plan to meet a client at 7:30 but will be back after 10:30 AM. You could always save the weights for an afternoon "treat". Watch out glut-1's!
I picture you in the low 230's by Jan 1. What a gift you have given yourself. The Rx meds are a thing of the past - long ago but not forgotten.
2006 will be an incredible year, as late 2005 has been.
I am very proud of you and admire what you have accomplished. And there is more to come. I look forward to the day your liver and metabolism have stabilized, you weigh in the low 210's, you can do most anything physically your heart desires, and are in full health with no disease progression. I know it is possible and you will achieve it.
Now as for the front pike off the high dive?
Have a wonderful morning my friend. Great work,
DrE
Doc,
Your email to me this morning is such a good example of the wonderful enthusiam you have inspired me with for months...I just had to share you with the blog.
HOWEVER...about your challenging question:
"Now as for the front pike off the high dive?"
Let's get it straight. I said I would do a one and a half somersault off the pier or a diving board.
As for your implied challenge... I'll make it a pike somersault...and I'll do it at our quarterly retest of my biological functional age around mid-January.
Would anyone like to make a bet? :-)
