Today: it's bicep curls, triceps kickbacks, pushups, and crunches along
with some cardio.
In a couple of months: once the complete gym arrives, repetition maximum (RM)
sets, more exercises, and a two-day per week whole body resistance workout. Jeff
might call himself resistance man but I've received minimal, if any, resistance
to change on any of my nutrition and exercise prescriptions. He
continues to be a model student.
