| July 29, 2005 | | Last November she fell and broke her hip. | I was just visiting your website to refer your services to a co-worker of mine. When I saw the letters, I realized I should thank you myself.... My grandmother is a very self-sufficient 91 years young. When she recovered from heart trouble 2 years ago, she insisted in staying in her own apartment....by herself. The doctors said this was ok, but to put the family at ease, we started your monitoring services for her. One evening last November she fell and broke her hip. She tells me she was very frightened and frantically pushed the button on her pendant. When she wasn't able to answer the phone (and she wasn't responding very well through the box due to her condition), your service sent emergency help to her door and contacted us. It worked just like you promised. But here's the great part.... When I went to her apartment later there were 2 messages from someone at Get Help Now. They were leaving messages to her her know help was on the way and to be calm. The timestamp on the messages was 8:31pm. When I got to the hospital at 9:05pm, I thought for sure I would beat her ambulance. To my surprise, she was already admitted! That's about 30 minutes total time from when she pushed the button to getting the medical help she needed. I'm so glad she had that pendant! I can't imagine how much pain she would have been in lying there until the next morning when we would have gotten to her. All I know is that my family is so thankful and we recommend your services all the time :) Sandra Celano
