Caregivers often times are reluctant to share duties with other family members

Get over it! Sharing means caring.

Do you feel that no one, but you, can care for your loved one as well as you?

Even if it's true...get over it.

You need help just like the one you are caregiving. If you don't give yourself a break you will become the caregiven.

Remember when you were little and your mother said, "Sharing means caring"?

Sharing duties means you are caring for both you and your loved one.

Don't be to proud, or stubborn, to ask for help and assistance whenever and wherever you can find it.

It's the intelligent thing to do.
