Exercise is no longer just for the body, nor just for the young. You can maintain your mental sharpness long into your senior years.

Challenge yourself mentally and make it fun. Learn something new and keep yourself sharp.

Don't be afraid to try new things. Who knows, maybe it's time to learn French, a musical instrument, or play with crossword puzzles.
