For me, I wonder if I am going to be able to make it up the steps in a few years. I know I am a young senior of 57, but sports during my younger years took their toll on me and I am paying for it now.
Arthritis gets in the way of everday activities. It just makes everything difficult and extremely painful, at times. The flare-ups get so bad you are destined to remain in your chair most of the day. How do you keep the pain under control? How do you manage the symptoms? Most importantly how do you manage the housework? The Mayo Clinic wrote an informative article “Managing housework with arthritis.” In this article are tips on easing and preventing the pain from arthritis while adhering to your daily tasks around the house. Don’t let arthritis stop you or your loved ones from living a normal life. Green Tea and ginger seem to be helping my Rheumatoid Arthritis, and has an extra bonus of helping my Diabetes Type II. | | |
