Jeffs Health Club will introduce it's new software, forum, food calculators, and energy calculators at it's first seminar on January 16-18, 2006.This should be a most exciting three days for the first fourteen members to join Jeffs Health Club.Lectures and class will be held on health, nutrition, exercise, weight loss, and yoga stretch.All attendees will recieve baseline biological functional age testing directed by Dr. Eric Sternlicht, our resident guru and metabolic wiseman.
